Return & Refund Policy – Lumino

Lumino accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty gadgets cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days. Sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.
